Shipping policy
We do our best to make sure your package arrives quickly and safety.
Processing Time
Our current processing time is typically 3–5 business days before shipment. During busier times, such as holidays or sales, this may extend slightly. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped from Colorado via trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
Delivery Times
All products are handcrafted and made to order. Our usually processing time is always posted to the announcement banner on the top of our page for a specific and accurate time stamp. Please account for shipping time on top of that, usually about 3-4 days domestically and 1-2 weeks internationally.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please reach out within 7 days of the marked delivery date at mariah@herbalearthco.com. We will work with you to make things right in a way that is fair to both parties.
Herbal Earth Co is not responsible for packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office if you can’t locate a package marked delivered.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We cannot reroute or replace packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, email us as soon as possible — we’ll update it if the order hasn’t been processed yet.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside the United States. Availability depends on local import regulations for herbal goods. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. Herbal Earth Co is not responsible for packages delayed or held in customs, but we’re happy to help guide you through the process if that happens.
