Refund policy
At Herbal Earth Co, we take great care in preparing each order and want every experience with us to feel special. Because our herbal products are handcrafted and consumable, we do not accept returns once items have left our hands. This policy helps us ensure product integrity, freshness, and safety for all customers.
Returns
Due to the nature of our herbal blends and consumable goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items. Please be sure to review your cart carefully before checking out. If you have any questions about an item before ordering, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help.
Order Issues & Mistakes
If there’s ever an issue with your order — such as receiving the wrong item, a missing product, or something damaged during shipping — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right. We’ll work with you to send a replacement, issue a refund, or otherwise resolve the issue promptly.
We may ask for a photo of the issue so we can document and improve our fulfillment process.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at mariah@herbalearthco.com. Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled and refunded minus a small processing fee of $1.50-$2.00, this helps to cover payment processing fees that are not returned to us. Once an order has shipped, it is considered final.
Shipping Address Issues & Reshipments
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided at the time of purchase, we can offer either:
- A reshipment (shipping cost will need to be covered), or
- A refund minus the original shipping cost
If the issue was caused by USPS, we are happy to offer a complimentary reshipment at no additional cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but most appear within 3–10 business days.
